I’m a cloud security consultant working with a client on an Internal private cloud based on OpenStack. The Storage is based on Ceph through Cinder. For security and regulation purposes, we need to document what Ceph offers to prevent data restoration/retrieval after its deletion.

I wasn’t able to get an answer through the documentation, so any help would be much appreciated.
