Hi,

I meant to replace a defective NVME used by osd.8

but I might have used the wrong approach  as I ended up with a new OSD while osd.8 show as "unknown"

I tried "ceph orch osd rm " but it say "not found"

I would appreciate some guidance 

I can remove the new one as the server is still "noout" and recreate properly

or

remove osd.8 ( but how ?)

Please let me know what would be the best action
